 The space

Casa Sunseet is 5000-square feet of luxury with 9-bedrooms, 9-baths, a fully-equipped modern kitchen with chef services available, a gorgeous dining space and living room with huge flat-screen TV overlooking a fabulous oceanfront swimming pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping featuring eye-popping-jaw-dropping oceanfront sunsets every afternoon. It’s perfect for families and we can accommodate up to 30 people. Single guest’s we limit to 16 people. No extra guest fees apply to families and might apply to single guest over 12.

Each room is fully furnished using local woods, fabrics and art. We provide things such as: beach towels, bath towels, body soap, hair dryer, wifi, cable TV, AC, security guard 24/7, outdoor grill, free we use of surf boards, boogie boards, volleyball nets and pool toys.

Guests of Casa Sunrise often compare it to living on a stunning beachfront national park – the perfect setting for family or high school reunions, weddings with receptions, bachelor parties, church groups/retreats, corporate functions or any special event.
