With new management, this hotel was completely renovated and updated with brand-new bathrooms, as well as new beds, mattresses, custom furniture, TVs, linens and bath towels.

The closed in Living Room includes A/C, sofas, pool table, long bar with bar stools, TV, and large commercial beer fridge. 

There is a brand new private swimming pool with lounge chairs on the surrounding deck. The Rancho is equipped with lighting and electrical outlets for charging phones and laptops, as well as 2 large tables with chairs for outdoor eating, drinking and entertaining.

The Equipped Kitchen is available for guest to use. It includes a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, plates, cups etc – pretty much everything needed to prepare meals on your own, or by a Jaco VIP chef.

Please Note:  This property is attached to another 10 bedroom party friendly private vacation rental hotel (Coconuts 2) which is also on this website. The two properties are completely private and separate from each other, but be aware that poolside noise, sound and music does travel across. You can also rent both if needed and both would be private for your group only.
