Toucan Sams

Close to everything in town!! You can walk to the beach, shops, restaurants/bars, grocery store, meat/fish/vegetable markets, and more. You can walk everywhere in town. The house is great for small to midsize groups, 4 bedrooms with 4.5 full baths. There are 2 futons and a pull out couch. Enjoy the private pool in the courtyard too.  The Villa has a tropical feel with internal gardens off the kitchen and living room. 

The house features a complete kitchen and 2 living areas, cable TV, air conditioning throughout, Wifi, and a private pool. The house was originally designed as a duplex, but we only rent it at a single family house. There is a main kitchen and family room with TV in the main section. The second kitchen and family room area is used as a bar area where the utensils for the bbq are kept. There are 2 couches – one of which is a pull out couch. So, this area is a separate sleeping area and there is a 1/2 bath in this room.
