The kitchen is equipped with a Wolf double oven range with 6 burners, grill and griddle; 2 large Sub-Zero refrigerators with an ice maker and water and ice dispenser; a Sub-Zero ice maker; 2 Miele German dishwashers; a coffee maker; toaster oven; microwave; television.The indoor dining/living room seats 8 at its 7’ round dining table, with more space in the living area. This multi-functional Air conditioned room is perfect for special events while enjoying the view of the beach through the large window facing the Pacific. 

The outdoor social area overlooking the beach seats 14 and is a great place for outdoor dining. The Courtyard is equipped with High Performance speakers that create an unparalleled surround ambiance sound that blends into the beautiful architecture. There is an amazing grilling area in the front yard overlooking the beach.
