Price listed for up to 8 people – Add $50 per person after 8 people

The house is great space from both small and larger groups, with amazing outdoor areas which lets you enjoy the Costa Rica climate.  The property is separated into 2 areas which gives you some privacy as well as still being close together.   There are 7 bedrooms with 12 beds of different sizes.

The outdoor living room is fully equipped with large and comfortables sofas, tables, lamps, fans, and more. There is also a a rancho equipped with a bar,  outdoor kitchen, dining table, TV, chairs, sofas and a ping pong table overlooking the swimming pool.

Each room has a a TV, air conditioning, fans, & comfortables beds. Casa Papaya is fully equipped where your only worry is to enjoy the place and all of its amenities.  As a guest,  you have access to the entire property.

You can walk to Jaco in about 15 minutes (or take a taxi there in 4 minutes) where you will find restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, bars, and of course the famous Jaco Beach.  Enjoy this little piece of paradise and create memories that will last forever.
